2008: Groovalicious's Love Candy is released by
soulful Italian House label Gotta Keep Faith Records.

2007- Present: Song writing and singing
as half of smooth lounge and soulful house duo Groovalicious.

2005-2006: Collaborated with signed Japanese dance music producer LASTYLEZ.

1999 - 2003: Signed to Chocolate Boy Records as half of two step garage duo Mills and Boom.

Videos shown on MTV, SKY, BBC and channel 5, interviews on Nickelodeon,
Rapture, Channel 5 and BBC, Press in DJ, Mixmag and Touch.
Tunes on top garage compilations (Pure Garage and Ayia Napa)
and radioplay on Kiss FM and Radio one.

1999 Improvised vocals for Lemon Ensemble an improvised future Jazz Album
signed to L.A. Jazz label Egbert records

1998: Composed music, produced sound track and performed in Christoph Dorstal's
MY Eye Dance Company's ...INNIT?!, at Glasgow's Tram Shed Theatre.

1997 - 1998: I setup and ran Pure System records. Releasing:
King of Hackney EP a whimsical idiosyncratic mix of house, acid and electro 1997

My label on which I write the theme tune, sing the theme tune,
produce the theme tune, LOL

1997: Where's The Funk D.O.R in association with Law and Order,
produced by Doppler 20:20 with my vocal samples

1996: Urban Collective a Plymouth based label. I wrote and sang the vocals for
FUNK JUNKY that was well recieved on the underground.
I appeared as a guest star in th video of the cover CELEBRATE,
licenced to South Africa and Europe.

1994-97: Fronted Norman Cooks Pizzaman project as Pizzaman. Starred in videos:

Sex on the Streets,

Hello Honky Tonks, and

Happiness
Gave live performances and interviews around the
world including Europe, Russia, South Africa, Canada, Tunisia, Australia
and U.S.A.

1994 - 1997 DJ Friendly specialised in happy euro trancy music for the dance floor

State Of Grace was licenced to Pulse 8
Pope Joan was licenced to Germany and Italy.
I'm Waiting For The Sun was licenced to Australia.
I was the vocalist for these records and wrote the lyrics for Footprintz

1993-97: Modelled for Fashion house Burro appearing in the Face and
Loaded magazines as well as in a short film shown on T.V. Modelled for
Levis, appearing in their shops and magazines. Starred in a Portuguese Beer
T.V. commercial.

1991-93: Started and ran N.O.N. Records with D.J. Django, putting out
three well received Underground dance EP's given airplay on Kiss and Radio One
by the great John Peel.

1991-93: Joined English National Opera youth group live culture and
played the male lead in, among others, Pope Joan at the Place Theatre in
which I was picked out for praise in a review in the prestigious Opera
Magazine. Played the devil in Igor Stravinsky's The Soldier's Tale, at
the Barbican Theatre with the
London Sinfonietta, John Sessions and live culture.

1990: Played second male lead in The Waterfall, an
Opera by Enid Williams at the I.C.A. and London
University.

1987-Present: Involved as vocalist, rapper or lyricist in many
projects, including Bobbi Style, D.J. Friendly,
Earthling, Alpha Wave and Doppler 20:20.
